Ruben Castaño is an accomplished professional with an extensive track record in success building. Castaño has immeasurable success in scaling strategies and operations that drive high-velocity revenue growth, profitability, and expanding market share in B2B SaaS organizations. His 25+ years of experience includes C-level and management positions at companies such as Blue Software LLC and 1WorldSync.
Henry Tran is an executive with 20+ years of business and technology experience, including leadership roles at Virtustream, PROS, Rackspace, and Alert Logic. Tran has built his career successfully transforming organizations’ Product Management, Technology, Customer Success, and Operations capabilities, including converting established, traditional software businesses to SaaS. Tran started his career as an engineer with a Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer certificate, where he was awarded two patents.
Luiz Martins boasts more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and operations at several multinational companies. As an executive at Esko, 1WorldSync, and Mitsubishi, Martins established a track record of success globally launching SaaS-based technologies. Early in his career, Martins was a partner and Brazil country manager for a start-up company funded by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
Joakim Jönsson brings his 20+ years of experience in online environments to 6Connex, where he supports the company strategy, leading the product strategy and roadmap. His experience was acquired by leading teams in both Singapore and London for well-known players in the industry, including ON24 and Virtue Broadcasting (now WorldTV).
Girdley manages the firm’s strategic initiatives including acquisition strategy and growth planning/execution. He also adds technical expertise to Dura’s business operations. Previously, Girdley was Managing Director of the Geekdom Fund, a seed-stage tech venture capital fund with $50+ million under management that has invested in over 50 high-growth tech companies. Girdley has also co-founded several tech-related companies and nonprofits: Codeup, Alamo Angels, and the RealCo Accelerator. Prior to diving into San Antonio’s tech sector, Girdley was CEO of Alamo Fireworks, the largest retailer of consumer fireworks in Texas. Under his leadership, the family business transitioned from third to fourth generation leadership and grew by over 50%. Academically, Girdley’s background is rooted in technology. He received a BS in Computer Science from Lafayette College.
