Ruben Castaño

Ruben Castaño is an accomplished professional with an extensive track record in success building. Castaño has immeasurable success in scaling strategies and operations that drive high-velocity revenue growth, profitability, and expanding market share in B2B SaaS organizations. His 25+ years of experience includes C-level and management positions at companies such as Blue Software LLC and 1WorldSync.

Henry Tran

Chief Technology Officer

Henry Tran is an executive with 20+ years of business and technology experience, including leadership roles at Virtustream, PROS, Rackspace, and Alert Logic. Tran has built his career successfully transforming organizations’ Product Management, Technology, Customer Success, and Operations capabilities, including converting established, traditional software businesses to SaaS. Tran started his career as an engineer with a Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer certificate, where he was awarded two patents.

Luiz Martins

Chief Marketing Officer

Luiz Martins boasts more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and operations at several multinational companies. As an executive at Esko, 1WorldSync, and Mitsubishi, Martins established a track record of success globally launching SaaS-based technologies. Early in his career, Martins was a partner and Brazil country manager for a start-up company funded by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley.

Joakim Jönsson

Chief Solutions Officer

Joakim Jönsson brings his 20+ years of experience in online environments to 6Connex, where he supports the company strategy, leading the product strategy and roadmap. His experience was acquired by leading teams in both Singapore and London for well-known players in the industry, including ON24 and Virtue Broadcasting (now WorldTV).

Jon Bohrer

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Jon Bohrer brings more than 20 years of leadership experience with supply chain and B2B SaaS technology companies. Bohrer has consistently improved sales processes, operations, and commercial business strategies with global customers. In addition to leading commercial operations at Esko, 1WorldSync, and Filtration Group, Bohrer played critical roles on the transition teams following acquisition. Early in his career, Bohrer co-founded a venture-funded internet start-up, which gave him great perspective and experience in business strategy and processes.

Michael Girdley

Chairman at Dura Software

Girdley manages the firm’s strategic initiatives including acquisition strategy and growth planning/execution. He also adds technical expertise to Dura’s business operations. Previously, Girdley was Managing Director of the Geekdom Fund, a seed-stage tech venture capital fund with $50+ million under management that has invested in over 50 high-growth tech companies. Girdley has also co-founded several tech-related companies and nonprofits: Codeup, Alamo Angels, and the RealCo Accelerator. Prior to diving into San Antonio’s tech sector, Girdley was CEO of Alamo Fireworks, the largest retailer of consumer fireworks in Texas. Under his leadership, the family business transitioned from third to fourth generation leadership and grew by over 50%. Academically, Girdley’s background is rooted in technology. He received a BS in Computer Science from Lafayette College.

Paul Salisbury

Previously, Salisbury operated as a Senior Vice President for Rackspace. He left Rackspace in May of 2017 and co-founded Dura Software in 2018. Prior to joining Rackspace, Salisbury served as Professional Services Regional GM at Dell Computer Corporation, where he oversaw the delivery of consulting services engagements for the Eastern United States. Salisbury’s 25+ year career in technology also includes implementing large-scale ERP solutions at Ernst and Young Consulting in the United States and abroad, and leading Manufacturing Process Controls efforts for Procter and Gamble. Salisbury holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Previously, Ruben served as the Vice President & Managing Director, Americas, at 1WorldSync, and has had valuable work experience at Sterling Commerce, Parametric Technology Corporation, and ADP.

Brat TV launched in 2017 and has built a loyal audience of over 65 million unique viewers. In 2020, Lachtman was named one of Goldman Sachs “Top 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs” as part of Goldman Sachs prestigious Builders and Innovators showcase. Previously, he founded Niche, a marketing technology company that provides creators with the ability to grow, understand, and activate their social presence across all networks. Niche was acquired by Twitter in 2015, where Lachtman served as the global director, continuing to lead the Niche team around the world. Lachtman currently sits on the boards of the Ad Council and World of Children, and holds degrees from Denison and Northwestern University.

Ali Moosani

CEO of FORM.com, a fast growing SaaS Platform that enables mobile data collection for frontline workers

Ali brings over 20 years of software (SaaS) leadership experience, where he specializes in developing customer-centric corporate strategies that drive growth for the organization. Prior to joining FORM.com, Moosani was the CEO of BLUE Software, a market leader in label and artwork management solutions, which was acquired by Esko in 2018. Previously, Moosani held various leadership positions at 1WorldSync, VeriSign, and Accenture. Moosani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Illinois.

Matt Morris

Board Member at Dura Software; Founder of Hampton River Partners, private investment firm

Previously, Morris was a Senior Analyst at Pelorus Jack Capital (“PJC”), a San Francisco-based investment partnership. Prior to PJC, Morris was a founding team member of Challen Asset Management (“CAM”). He opened the firm’s Menlo Park, CA office, and was responsible for driving primary research on individual direct investments, as well as funds. Previously, Morris was an Investment Manager at Northgate Capital, a multi-billion dollar alternative asset management firm. Morris also had valuable early experience at CB Richard Ellis, DivcoWest, and Payden & Rygel. Morris earned an MBA with a Finance emphasis from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Gibson manages a global team including branding, corporate marketing, digital, line-of-business marketing, and exhibitor services. Previously, she was VP Americas at Mitel, the Chief Marketing Officer at BenefitMall, and also the Chief Marketing Officer at Telligent. Gibson served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Skywire Software, helping drive the team towards its eventual acquisition by Oracle in 2008.
